BANDERA-UVALDE-MEDINA-REAL COUNTIES ESD NO.1 ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFICTIVELY BE RAISED BY 59.39 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE YOUR TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $37.26.

NOTICE: The Board may retire to Executive Session any time between the meeting’s opening and adjournment for any purpose authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, including but not limited to: consultation with legal counsel (section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code); personnel matters (Section 551:074): discussion of the real estate acquisition (Section 551:072): discussion regarding a prospective gift to the District (Section 551:073); and /or deliberation regarding security devices or security audits (sections 551:076 and 551:089).
