The District covers portions of four Counties and has five elected Commissioners that serve on the governing board. Commissioners serve four year terms and the terms are staggered for board continunity.

The Board of Commissioners meet every month to discuss and act upon business brought before the board. All board meetings are open to the public. Normally, we meet at 8:00am on the third Thursday each month at the Utopia Fire Station, subject to posted changes.
